"Dirty rooms"

"The room vibe didn’t give clean, it had a light scent, although it looked fair."

The fresh breakfast and location.

The poor customer service representative during check in, she sat in the back and ignored the customers. Then when she did attempt to assist, she was too new to be working alone. Very low enthusiasm. People sitting directly at the front door smoking EVERYTHING.
