Someone hit my truck and they didn't send me the video The shower rod fell out the wall.. The toilet was nasty

NOTHING It was absolutely terrible so we booked at the Holiday Inn

The 1st room was disgusting and not cleaned, 2nd room was a little better but the bathroom was not cleaned, found weed in the bed, 3 molded coffee packs in the coffee maker. Carpets were filthy and no air in the hallways. Desk clerks were rude and had no clue what room to put us in. Showed the 1st room to them and told them about the 2nd room as we checked out. Asked for a refund through booking.com and they said NO!!! We did get $11.35 credit in the app

The cleaning lady was nice and got us better towels and sprayed our room with air freshener.

Really needs to be updated. Towels were old and rough. Sheets and covers were wrinkled and didn't fit the bed. There was a plastic cover over the mattress that made noise when you moved and it kept me up all night. The remote control worked for both tvs in the rooms so you had to stand out of the way so as not to change both tvs at the same time. Carpet was filthy.

The location is nice but that's about it.

Immediately upon entering the hotel, you can tell it is not maintained. Dirty carpet, stains and smells are immediately noticed. Once I checked in and went to my room, the bedding was covered in brown, yellow and red stains, and not small stains. The room itself was dirty and looked like the service team didn't change the bedding - it looked like an 8-year old made the bed (blankets and sheets just thrown on). I immediately requested a refund and was given one, but then the manager put the charges back on my card, which I now have to fight. This was a hotel that was provided to us for a sports tournament, so I didn't proactively book this. I wouldn't even stop in there to ask a question, much less sit on a bed or touch the blankets without latex gloves.

Overall very run down. There were chips in the tub enamel, heavy wear and tear on the carpets, not very fresh smelling rooms and hallways and a completely understocked breakfast. I would not stay here again, but it does the job if a one star hotel is what you need.

The breakfast was all but empty with one hour left and staff was super slow to restock. I'm guessing it's on purpose so people walk across the parking lot to the McDonald's...which we had to do both mornings.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!! I would leave a beyond terrible rating if I could!! Rooms were DISGUSTING!!
