It's right by the airport.

The receptionist doesn't have any interest on you or your stay. The place needs a renovation urgently it is stained and running down. The shower didn't work....

Nothing we didn't even stay. It was a residential hotel. It was filthy. There was a resident screaming at the front desk at the manager. The pool had oil spots and something weird at the bottom we didn't stay and spent a few seconds in our room. It was so bad we just went to the front desk and told her we couldn't stay. The halls had stains everywhere with bedding through the halls. We had to book a different hotel because we were afraid to catch a disease, bed bugs, or get mugged by the residents living there! We want our money back!! Going to try to get it back from booking.com!!!

Location was ok because of the gas stations

Bath tub was cracked and told us it was a non slip mat and it was a new tub when it was some kind of rough tape mesh to cover up the bottom of the bath tub that was completely cracked and broken, the towels were dirty with black caulk stains and counter. I told the staff they said they could switch our rooms in the morning. Every room in Columbus was sold out for the weekend and we were there for a festival so we couldn't stay any where else or we would have to sleep in our car. The next morning the manager told us she couldn't switch our room and that since we went through a third party all we could do was check out and there would be no refund and I couldn't afford the only hotel room that cost over 1000 a night because of the festival going on they could charge that much for the only room left in and around town. So we would have been forced to sleep in our car if we checked that night. So we had to stay until check out the next morning. I always go through booking when I travel because I trust the rooms and hotels. I have never had been in this type of situation before.

Nothing still waiting for my refund

What is on the picture, is not what you see onsite. Supposed to be a non-smoking room. And it was all full of Marijuana smell in the hall way and the room and bed sheets 😴 were not clean at all.

My room had bed bugs. I picked one up with a tissue and took it to the front desk. He offered me another room, but I insisted on a refund and was not staying there. The room was not clean and had dirty mens underwear in the dresser drawer!

Breakfast was basic but fresh and available .

You can not trust this family that runs this hotel. I would have left but I was traveling with my tired handicapped mother, and it was late. The room was very dirty. The tub was filthy, smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, non working. A bum had been climbing in and out the window in the room at night. I found the window open screen laying against the bush. Carpet filthy dirty. Addressed this with 3 staff they all lied and in the morning at checkout I only requested a discount off the room they told me I should have left.The worker LIED and said I was offered my money back. Travel nurse traveling for business.
