Customer service

Ants all over the room mostly in the bathroom. Bathroom smells like urine. Even though it was an assessable room there was no place to hang clothes. Glass in the parking lot.

"What a mistake."

Nothing

Filthy, bad area, no supplies, burned out lights, room was gross, terrible food. Loud, slamming doors all hours of the day and night. Drug use on property.

"Absolutely disgusting— DO NOT STAY HERE"

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. There was trash all over the floor. The carpets needed to be replaced ages ago. There was so much wrong that I compiled a list. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from here. - [ ] front Door doesn’t lock - [ ] Door to bedroom doesn’t latch - [ ] air conditioning is super loud - [ ] Remote was completely covered in grime (cleaned before picture) - [ ] Paint is peeling off near smoke alarms - [ ] Sticky microwave - [ ] Toilet never stops running - [ ] Couch pillows have stains all over them. - [ ] bathtub is covered in dirt - [ ] carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years (both in room and hallway) - [ ] whole place either smells like weed or cigarettes depending on the time of day. Also, the pool has been shut down by the department of health (that should tell you everything you need to know about the cleanliness of this place) and they always close breakfast at least an hour before the posted time. Just stay away. It’s not worth your time or cleanliness.

How unprofessional the workers are. How I’m being charged for a stay and the rooms aren’t ready when I get there or by the check in time.Room had gum on the door.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable

The room didn’t appear clean. The carpets were stained and appeared to have blood drops on them, shower curtain was stained and dirty, floor in bathroom had black marks on the tile
