"entspricht kaum einem 4 Sterne Hotel"

die Lage ist hervorragend, PP beim Haus, Rezeption sehr professionell und freundlich

Zimmer haben keine Fliegengitter und mitsamt Vorhang nachts sehr hell von Straßenbeleuchtung. lärm vom Nachbarzimmer (isolation) Frūhstück ist sehr durchschnittlich. das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr passiv.

"Lovely hotel in Lucca"

Pros Really nice hotel. Clean comfortable and nice terrace area with hot tub. Staff pleasant. Breakfast was pleasant and enough choice, some variations each day. The snack bar was great! Well stocked with food and drink. The staff were happy for us to sit on the terrace with snacks and drink and we often got some take out from the surrounding delis and had a lovely evening Would definitely stay again Small cons. Some rooms a bit small. Coffee has to be ordered via the ladies in the breakfast room and they were quite busy so it was hard to get it, or a refill. Be much easier to let guests use the coffee machine themselves

"Wonderful stay at the city wall park with delicious breakfast and lovely staff"

Location adjacent to the city wall park and botanical garden and only a few minutes to the center of the town. Free bikes were great perk, breakfast buffet was delicious and staff is so friendly and professional

"Loved this hotel, great location, staff, rooms and breakfast"

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and spotless. My partner and I loved the breakfast. Plenty of variety. The locations is just within the walls of Lucca and perfect. They have their own bikes they hire to residents for free. We definitely would go back, hopefully next year!

"Pleasant but would recommend upper level rooms away from main entrance."

Our room is in the medival tower which is very unique. Good selection of breakfast and free snack/drink area is definitely a bonus. Room is good size.

Our room is ground level in the medival tower right next to the main door. It’s very noisy with loud buzz every time someone opens the door. It affected our sleep.
