Ironworks Hotel

The location was convenient & we enjoyed working out in the fitness center. Also, the overall aesthetic of the property was amazing!

Our room was incredibly hard to regulate the temperature. We wanted the ambiance of the fireplace yet it would make the room 85° or more so we’d have to also open windows or turn the a/c on even though it was single digits outside. Also, we couldn’t connect to the TV to watch movies, which is something we enjoy in the evenings on our getaways. We had to move the couch & set up our laptop on the desk. We asked for assistance the 1st night & were told they’d try to reset the wi-go but it which didn’t work. Then the 2nd night a different person at the front desk explained they’ve never worked. She did say they’ll be swapping out all the TVs soon but we won’t go back because of the extreme temperature regulation problem.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Smelled wonderful. The restaurant was also very tasty. The hotel is located near everything you need. They provided us a coupon to go put putting at Henry Dorrbaker's. It was so much fun!

The tub drain was not draining super well ( room 317) and there were some paint chippings in the bathroom. Bed was a little hard. Elevator acted wonky at times.

My reservations were mixed up.

This was a last minute booking by us, but it was probably the best stay of our trip. The onsite restaurant was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, and the surrounding area was a pleasant surprise. We are anxious to return for a multiple night visit.
