Ironworks Hotel

We loved the detail on the furry friends we brought. Having their names on a sign coming in was cool. The hole hotel detail to old wood and factory decor was we feel spot on.

The hotel is a beautiful establishment and the hotel team is very professional and welcoming. Great location for food and entertainment.

We have stayed here before and truly enjoyed the property, room, hotel, etc. This stay we didn’t get the room we thought we reserved, the front desk wasnt very helpful, and the room had issues such as the fireplace did not work, loud noises from the traffic side, housekeeping barged in immediately after we had checked in. Overall not the experience we were lookin for. We would stay again, but get the room we actually want next time.

The location was great. Nice walking area along the river and restaurants close by.

I have stayed here 100 times. Each time, it gets a little worse. They need to decide if they want to be a hotel or a dorm for their employees. Often, the hotel is booked for employees.

We did not use the breakfast except for coffee and that was very good out of a machine.

We were there to attend a wedding. It was an excellent venue for the occasion, The dinner and staff that helped with that were the best. The only issue we had was at check in. The fellow we had was terrible. Not informative at all, just not a person that should be working with customers. But everything else was great, so really hate to complain about anything.
