Very quiet and clean! Friendly staff. Beds were comfy!

Property is located close to the nearest highway and maintained very well.

Meh... We came to the area because our son will be attending USI. He ran a race, and it was at night, so we needed a space to shower, sleep, rest, and then return home. We arrived and had to get to an event, so we dropped our things and left. We returned after the race and noticed popcorn all over the floor. The floor had been stained and looked awful. The room would not cool. We set the thermostat to the lowest temperature, and it still wouldn't cool off. There was no remote. We had to call the front desk to get one. The bathroom had hair on the floor, so I notified the front desk. This was enough. They did knock off a substantial amount, but I would have rather had a clean room where I could sleep and rest rather than the discount. The breakfast was horrible. Even the coffee was not hot, just like warm. The workers were always on their phones or hanging out with their friends when we came in around 10:15 pm. I slept about 3 hours, and honestly, I don't know how. We heard the neighbors shower and doors slamming as well as the kids above us. The next time we are in town, we will definitely not stay here, which is a shame because it's so close to the university. I hope someone from Management sees this review and takes these things to heart.

Staff was great! Room hadn’t been vacuumed - food crumbs on floor. Staff took care of right away. Thermostat was off wall missing batteries. Staff took care of right away. Carpets were def stained, but overall it was fine.

Juste cool and clean

Simple, convenient, clean.

I was impressed by how nice and clean it was. Also plenty of towels, which were great towels, nice lotion and soap. Also the bed was so comfortable i could barely leave it, and lots of pillows. I would rate everything as excellent and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
