beds were comfortable, room as clean and quiet. it was s good location too.

not the property but i was told at check in my reward points would not apply because i booked online through booking.com. I would not have known about "Spark" if it had not been for booking.com. this is a bad policy snd should be changedZ

Good location for road trip night stay. Basic and clean facility. Seems to take a good care of the hotel members such as special parking near the entrance. Staff were very helpful.

Location was good - easy on/off I81. Close to restaurants and shops, Gas station was just down the road from the hotel. . The hotel was obviously converted from an older hotel, but nicely done. The colors in lobby and rooms were very bold and bright - it's welcoming. Breakfast area was super clean and bright. Large fenced area for dogs with grass, dog toys and seating for adults. Great view of the mountains and valley from the hotel. Overall, a nice, comfortable place to stay, at a good price.

There was no ice container in the room; I had to fill small plastic cups with ice from the machine. The overall layout of the hotel is odd, there are half floors, and A and a B side of the hotel - was a little confusing finding the right room and where to park. The bathroom had a dirty towel left on the floor (tucked back by the wall), but still, housekeeping should have seen it.

Limited breakfast. Oatmeal seemed to be the only hot food option.

The breakfast had healthy options. I particularly like the decor and the comfortable bed.

The room had a bad odor that did not disappear after several hours with the window opened. The sheets in the bed were stained, and we requested them to be changed, which was done right away. I had higher expectations from a Hilton facility

The breakfast was okay, wish the eggs were easier to peel or already scrambled but at least they had hard boiled eggs. I loved the parking and the room and the area seemed peaceful.

I booked the wrong dates on this site and I got insurance thinking it would refund me if I made a mistake as it was my first time booking on this site. BUT the insurance apparently only covers you if someone in your travel party goes to the hospital for a severe malady that there are doctors notes for or if there is some other unpredictable issue with the travel arrangements. I had to pay for the night we actually stayed while at the hotel and then I had to eat the cost for the wrong dates when we had zero business in town. Very disappointing and an expensive mistake that anyone could make.

Very quiet area, clean room and good breakfast.

We really liked everything about this hotel.
