The room was clean

Apparently if you check in after a certain time you canโ€™t get a key card that works. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude we went to her several times advising the key was not working she initially suggested it was our fault then proceeded to change our room 2 times and each time the key did not work so maintenance let us in the room using a fob
