The hotel was in a beautiful location. The staff was friendly.

I specifically chose this location for the indoor pool. However, after check-in on the way up to my room I saw that it was closed. This information was not indicated during booking and staff did not bother to mention this at check in. I brought my grand children with me on this trip whom I specifically purchased new swim wear for to enjoy the pool. Needless to say they were quite disappointed. I am returning for a visit to the area in July, but will be choosing another location. Further, I was not refunded my $100 deposit for I am assuming spilling water on the sheets of the pull out, which I even took the time to remove linens so staff would no to wash them. I was extremely disappointed with this decision. I have NEVER in my life had my deposit kept from a hotel stay.
