Booked a king suite but given suite with two double beds. Hotel staff did not try to control children or talk to parents who were unruly during visit causing noise to resonate until late in the evening.

I was just a little disappointed over all it was my anniversary and I got mixed feelings

The carpet in my room was dirty the bed was just so uncomfortable the pillows were old the room just need up grading

The amenities I paid for were not available. I paid for a hotel with indoor swimming pool which was not available. I paid for a king-sized room but was given a double queen and told no king size rooms were available. The hotel was old and dated and just not worth the $200 a night price tag. I could have spent far less just across the street and gotten everything that I wanted from the experience.

"I enjoyed the hotel. Mostly because the room is a suite. I enjoyed the extra space."

The hotel was very nice. I liked the room, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. The breakfast staff was really nice.

The man serving the drinks for the evening reception was very rude. The pool was closed and we didn’t receive an email or any sort of communication to inform us of the closure.
