Needs some updating especially the elevator.

Location and free parking

The fact that they tried to put me in a double when I paid for a king. The fact that they didn’t notify me that the gym and pool was closed. The staff was cold and unwelcoming. The staff at breakfast was very rude when I was ordering my omelette. Rooms smelled very musty and old like animals were in it and they were not cleaned thoroughly. I’m very disappointed at this particular hotel because usually the embassy suites that we go to are very classy and cater to their guests needs and concerns. While in the common area where my group and I congregated and fellowship we felt watched and managed because we were laughing and having fun as a family it made us feel as though it was racially motivated because they kept sending their security over telling us to keep it down while a group of Caucasian teenagers where running up and down the second floor hall way making loud noises while guest slept. Nothing was done about it even as we watched and I observed the foolery. We feel very inconvenienced and cheated out of our time to be able to take a break and break up the monotony of our prior week of stress and frustration. We can never get our time back and would like to be compensated for being inconvenience. During what should’ve been a relaxing getaway.
