The room was clean with a "Welcome to Hilton Honors Member" with my name. That was a nice touch. This was the first time using the digital key, which was convenient. I still requested a regular key at check-in, just in case. Also, our room (414) provided a nice view of the sunrise.

Did not receive complimentary water upon check-in for Hilton Honors members, nor did I receive a breakfast voucher. There were no water bottles in the room either.

Very clean and great location.

Very loud. The way it’s set up with open balcony that overlooks the bar and food area it is very loud.

Breakfast was exceptional. I came to the hotel to heal after a surgery and Patricia and Pablo both especially made getting breakfast effortless (and with a broken foot/in a wheelchair, everything usually takes effort). I really appreciate them both. I appreciated the hotel letting me use their wheelchair during my stay there as wellness

Maybe price. But even there. It was unreasonable for what was offered at the hotel. I just couldn’t partake in much of any of it and it was very expensive.

Mattress was very uncomfortable

It was awful, it smelled of animal urine, there were stains on carpet and furniture.
