Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta

Everything was great

The pillows are too soft for me.

This hotel has incorporated many nice updates that are modern, clean and comfortable. It is in a great area, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We picked this because it was very convenient to multiple places that we needed to visit (Sandy Springs, Duluth). The service was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping, to room service. We ordered from from the in-house restaurant a couple of times and all was great. The breakfast was mostly good, but note that there is not an expansive buffet section as with other Embassys. That was a bit limiting for us, but we can definitely recommend any of their cooked-to-order items (omelettes, etc.) as those were all great. The offerings at the evening reception are on the cheap side. No hot items. Just cheese, crackers, chips, veggies & dip, salsa, etc. The Embassy reception is one of the top draws that you have. You should really offer more. No complaints about our room, as it was clean & quiet, with comfy beds. Pet-friendly, as we took our dog and had plenty of room to walk and "do business". We would stary here again

Our room was very run down. Light was falling off the wall and table was broken in the room. Toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor and moved every time you sat on it.

It was in a great location

The bed was hard as h** and made noise every time you move I asked staff member for a bed topper 3 time the house keeper came to the room and did knock took it back because a sign was on the door but she walked back to laundry room and call crazy. Shower didn't stopped running until an hour later you could her your neighbors talking it was like sitting in the room with them in the front the bedroom I have stay at different Embassy suites around ATL all the time but this one here i will never come back heck I didn't need no room it was like we all was in one big room from front to the back and upstairs u hear everything at some point you have to change the mattress out

This Embassy Suites is a bit dated and it did not live up to the standard of other Embassy suites I have stayed at. The staff was nice, and the room was clean, but the carpet was worn, and the bathroom was clearly dated.

Staff very helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness of building.

The party downstairs on Christmas night that went on too late and was too noisy.
