"New clean rooms with very friendly staff."

Location was perfect for attending the Chattajack race and many good restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and jovial. Room was new, clean and well appointed.

Being situated on the street corner, there was a fair amount of car noise at night with cars revving their engines till late. Might be bothersome to some.

"It’s all about location"

We’ve stayed here before and don’t think you can beat this hotel for a downtown visit. Right across from the aquarium and a short walk to dozens of great restaurants. This trip we hit Puckett’s for breakfast, Mellow Mushroom for lunch, and Hennen’s at supper. All great and within a block of the Courtyard. Nice clean hotel and the only downside is the parking is removed from the property but easy to get to.

"We were in town for a follow medical appointment. Room was very comfortable."

It appeared to have been updated with some newer furniture and seemed cleaner than when we stayed a few years ago . We definitely will stay there again.

It seemed that we could hear the street and traffic noise more than other properties that we have stayed at.
