This is a wonderful hotel, great restaurant & kind staff. We loved our room, it was cozy & well appointed. It was wonderful to eat a meal without leaving the hotel. We requested a late check out due to attending a graduation at the convention center. There were no problems with out stay

Acceptable location

We reserved a room with a balcony overlooking the Tennessee Aquarium/River. Somehow our booking got messed up and we ended up with a room with no view of the river. The only reason we booked the room was to be able to watch the lighted boat parade with our grandson. We missed the parade. Very, very frustrating to say the least

"Nice, but won't be back because of noise."

Facilities were clean/attractive.

Two dislikes. 1. Chairs and bed were uncomfortable. 2. Hardly slept because of outside noise, which came through the ac units as if there were giant holes in the wall.

The location-convenient to breakfast restaurants

It was dirty. We requested the bathroom & the toilet ran continuedly. The day we ended our stay it was fixed - after we went to the front desk and asked for a part so we could fix it ourselves. The room was ill designed. There was no space to place our luggage, except on a chest of drawers. Those two drawers were the only storage spaces for clothes, etc. There was no upholstered chair, common in all hotels we have stayed. All the lights were bright, there was no one that could be used when the other was sleeping. We requested and paid for a king size bed, but this bed was not. I could go on, but feel this gets my point across.
