Hotel was lovely, everything physically.

Construction noise outside during the night, whilst it is not their fault for the noise it was staff’s attitude the next day. Reception & breakfast staff telling us that the construction work is during the day only, basically that we are lying. We barely slept, I have emailed and done surveys with the hotel and no response. Breakfast was expensive and poor. Would NEVER stay again. Poor customer service.

Zero like

On a scorching summer day, I was charged a steep price for a room lacking air conditioning and only a standing fan. The sink was also blocked. When I complained, I was offered a second room. However, upon entering, a sickly smell hit me – someone had urinated on the carpet. Feeling revolted, I had to leave the hotel. As a customer, I felt utterly unsupported and unappreciated. No one had even bothered to check on me or offer any compensation for my unpleasant experience. To top it off, for the £143 per night rate, the room didn’t even have a fridge.
