The room was bigger than I expected. It was extremely clean. Slept very well, I didn't want to get out of the comfy bed.

No plug sockets by the bed. Toiletries were not cruelty free. No green tea. No view, frosted window.

location was excellent for Birmingham city centre. Beds were very comfortable and clean and had lovely pillows.

The hotel entry on Booking.com said there was parking, but there wasn't. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel had I know. They did give us a discount on a car park, but it wasn't particularly close. The air conditioning was loud and only went down to 20degrees and the windows didn't open.

Had to view 3 rooms before one was acceptable. Tired decorations. Air con wasn't working in first room. Poor ventilation - stuffy rooms. Eventually got moved to a suite, which was ok, but still dated.

The staff were nice.

Wasn’t very clean dirty carpet dirty bath. Breakfast was horrendous and not worth £18 each. Extra £60 package for birthday was a banner balloon and cheap prosecco

Great location for a reasonable price

Didn't have breakfast as only available till 9.30 which makes things slightly rushed. Most other places are available till 10 or even after that.
