"A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel, will definitely return!"

Luxurious hotel in the centre of Birmingham, a wonderful place to stay! Extremely comfortable and spacious bed, beautiful room. Got upgraded to a suite for £10 which was amazing value for money. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

There was some outside noise but this was to be expected as we were in the city centre.

Location, lovely old hotel

No room service available which was really disappointing Rooms expensive and they charge a supplement for avocado on toast! Not value for money in my view
