Dirty, smelled and scary

The customer service was excellent, but the room was dingy, there were bugs in room, the bathroom as a matter of fact the entire hotel need to be updated. There were people hanging out on the stairs right in font of my room, talking and cussing loud, I had to ask them to leave the area twice so my kids and I could get some sleep.

The stay was horrible

Roach crawled up on the curtains. Floor boards loose in bathroom. Dirty carpet and walls. Pool not available. AC didn’t work.

This property is a nightmare. First room I was placed in, TV didn’t work, paint was cracked all through the bathroom, carpet was dirty. Second room I was placed in, had flies, tiles in bathroom were loose on the floor. I wouldn’t suggest my worst enemy stay at this property.

The add stated breakfast included. Just had a coffee and a muffin. There was no tea for my wife.

This place needs a lot of work. Customer service was just fine. Although they need to understand how to run a credit card once we’ve checked in through Hotels.com took over for 45 minutes and had to have the manager drive him to work it all out did not feel comfortable in the room. They were holes in the sheets. The sheets smelled. The price was just fine but you would expect to get more when you pay over $100 for a room you will see from the pictures this room is not in rentable condition. Workers also parked in from of clients rooms

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. There were bugs around the bathtub and in the bathtub, no phone in room, one room had a clock, the other did not. The security latch on the door was broken off in one of the rooms. One tv did not work but the front desk lady was able to get it to work. The only positive was the front deck lady who made the best of a horrible hotel. I would highly recommend to anyone not to stay in this hotel.

Staff was great, faucet leaked the entire time, no way to fix it. Roaches all over the place

The property itself needs a major overhaul. The locks on the room door were shabby. But, the area didn’t cause much alert. There was a smoking and non smoking room option. But you really couldn’t tell the difference by the smell. The front desk clerk Ms. Pat was helpful, friendly and accommodating.
