My room had roaches in it.

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed. I had to bring my own bed sheets

When we arrived, check in was wonderful. The room looked like the picture and we were exhausted and fell into bed. However we did pee and noticed the whole bathroom floor was smashed and then layer back down. The toilet was crooked and we felt like we would fall off. But again too exhausted to complain and then maybe change rooms. This morning in the light of day I saw how dirty the room was and then I found the bug, dead luckily. Definitely will not be back

Check-in clerk had issues checking us in. Had to restart 3 times. Then forgot to ask if we had a pet so she had to start all over. Insisted on cash payment for pet. I think she put the cash in her purse not in the cash register. Lobby nasty and dirty. Morning clerk very unfriendly. Coffee tasted like cigarettes!! Floor in room felt like the only thing stable was the carpeting. Felt like you could fall thru at any moment.

Facility is "tired" and outdated decor. One bed was missing top sheet.

The only thing I had going for it was a big refrigerator

Bed bugs and mites. Can’t get anyone on phone in corporate

In very poor shape, needs renovations. Sink and tub were both clogged. Tub coating was peeling. Lady at front desk did try her best to accommodate us though.
