Towanda at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She is charming, helpful and very engaging with guests! The hotel itself is obviously in the process of updating but level of customer service makes up for that.

When asked at desk clerk said no towels. Washing machine broke.

My husband checked us in super late at night. It was 10:30-11pm. My husband said the woman at the desk wasn’t happy about being at work. We got our room & there was body hair all in the sheets, spider webs on the coffee essentials. Toe nail on the bed. Shower curtain was so gross we didn’t want to shower with curtain. I didn’t even want to walk barefoot in the room. But with a 2 year old & 2 month old we needed to sleep just for the night. But definitely wasn’t worth the money!

This Property really needs to be updated. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the bathroom smelled like marijuana, even though it was supposed to be a Smoke Free Room. The bathroom was very old looking and everything looked so dingy and dirty

Nothing good to comment about it. Its just a place you rest for a night and get back on the road

AC didn't work very well. It finally got cool sometime early in the morning. Woke up the next morning to a roach crawling on the nightstand.

I’m going to start by saying the young woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. It’s an older hotel that needs major updates, we were traveling home from Florida when a tropical storm hit and by the reviews we picked this hotel. Unfortunately, our room was not anything like the reviews. It had a terrible odor , the bathroom tiles were coming up off the floor and the door was so warped it wouldn’t shut and extremely dirty. Maybe the second floor would be better.

Bed sheets had holes, dirty windows and doors
