Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning worked well. Nice to have local newspapers.

Room lighting could have been better. Bathroom light above sink was quite dim.

Location was decent

Did not restock towels, toilet paper or garbage bags unless I asked for them and I felt like I was bothering them other then that everything else was decent

Very easy location to travel to. Close to Baldwin and surrounding communities.

The pool was absolutely frigid. The pool bottom looked like it needed a good scrub. Our room was spacious however the lighting in the main areas was only by lamp and seemed dark. We requested extra bedding for the pull out couch at the front desk and received a wadded up fitted and flat sheet only. No blanket. Jacuzzi tub had a leak from the faucet that ran along the top lip of the tub to a rear crack that appeared moldy/dirty.

Couldn't enjoy the pool way to cold. Hot tub was nice but a light was out and cord hanging on ground staff was told and they said they new. Ask staff for towels on pool area only brought out five and there was eight in my group.
