The staff made this experience absolutely amazing! Samantha and William in particular went out of their way to help sort my issues with ordering online as a tourist from the UK. They recommended places to grab dinner as there's no resturant on site and we're the nicest hospitality staff i have ever encountered- P.s I travel a lot and stayed in 3 different hotels this NY trip and no one came even close!

It was a nice quiet end to a day with college friends from way back. My room had a beautiful view of Albany in the distance and the lights were beautiful after dark. Nice breakfast before hitting the road at 7am. I stayed here last year and will again when I’m out this way.

"Ok except for scent being infused into room and grimy rug"

Location

A sickening floral scent was piped into the room overnight. It has remained in my tubing of my CPAP machine for sleep apnea. We stayed 1 year earlier without this annoyance. I have stopped staying at Marriott hotels because of this smell. A Hampton Inn up the street did not have this when I stayed a week earlier. Also the rugs felt dirty/slimy. If you walked to an area of low traffic, it felt fine on bare feet.

"Hoch gelegenes Hotel, sauber und gut"

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit gutem Standardfrühstück. Die Lage hat uns anfänglich enttäuscht, aber nachdem wir in der City waren, waren wir sehr zufrieden, dass wir da oben im Hotel wohnten.

Albany ist leider nicht wirklich schön. Schade, trotz dem Hauptstadtstatus.
