Holiday Inn Express & Suites East Greenbush Albany-Skyline by IHG

Hotel was fine. Customer service was awful. I was at an event when someone called me about my card not working (it had expired). It was too loud to take a call at my event. I had to leave the even THREE times to get it taken care of. I told the person “this happened at our last hotel and they called and said no problem, we’ll get the card when you get here”. After wasting my time and taking me out of the event multiple times, he said “I could have done that.” BUT HE NEVER OFFERED THAT OPTION. Also. He said I needed to tell him when we would arrive. Well, as I had told him MULTIPLE times, I was at an event! An event I had traveled all the way across the country for. He could have made it easy, but he went out of his way to make it difficult.

I’ve been here before very familiar with the property

Wondering if they traded their beds for boards the most uncomfortable thing about our trip was the bed it was like sleeping on a firm board. While we don’t mind a firm bed this was a bit more than we expected.

Excellent location on our way to the Niagara Falls after an event in Berskhires. The room was very well renovated and sparkling clean with all the amenities that one would need. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and solution oriented, despite our later arrival. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying with enough different items to cater to different needs.

This hotel was good, easily accessible from the freeway with food options around. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, however the beds were quite hard for both of the adults. I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep there more than one night.

Great shower

We had a great overnight stop on a long trip. The building looked new, everything was clean, breakfast was good.

Needs an update. Not very clean.

It was close to where we was going for a concert
