"Relaxing, great customer service, good breakfast selection"

Tonya at the front desk is amazing she deserves an award for customer service., We have been there twice in the past several months and she is absolutely outstanding each time. Welcoming, inviting, pleasant and goes above and beyond. We choose your hotel over others in the area because of her kindness.

Breakfast was good. Did not have time for pool. In Elmira for wake & funeral. My only negative comment is $5.00 for parking. There were several open spots, feel it totally unreasonable to charge any extra. Receptionist said it was because of the amount of cars and the fact it was a Holiday wknd.

The pool was nasty there was all kinds of stuff floating in it. Chunks of white stuff and alot of hair at the bottom. I was unable to go swimming due to this. The pool was one of the reasons I booked this hotel so it was a disappointment to not be able to get in. The water appeared to be slimy.

waffles were good

no ice on the location anywhere, carpeted floors in room were kinda sticky, room was not cleaned and new towels daily, out of tissues and almost out of tp when we left. an extra $5 a night charge to park at the hotel i had just paid $400 to stay in. when i asked about ice i was told oh well thats how it goes in a very rude manner from the girl at the desk saturday morning.

Clean rooms,staff was helpful and friendly. Location was perfect.

hotel needs upgrade. New carpets needed!!! .Front of hotel needs to be cleaned ,weeded !!! Porch cleaned up .
