Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Easily accessed.

Front staff was not very attentive. We waited a while till she came to the desk. We rang the bell about 3 or 4 times. She was friendly, but not very helpful when we asked about restaurants in the area. We wondered if maybe she had hearing impairment.
