Queen Anne Inn

Property is just kind of old and worn - which is to be expected on Cape Cod.

Room was large, great balcony over-looking gardens and pool, pool is a splendid place to swim and relax, and breakfasts were excellent, especially the 2nd day of our stay.

The facility was charming with pretty grounds that included a nice secluded heated swimming pool. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nicely tiled with glass doors. The location is perfect and walkable to enjoy the city.

The breakfast staff was incompetent and ignored us while we waited an hour for our “included breakfast. “ We did not go back the other mornings during our stay because it caused a problem for our days schedule. The cable tv was only one channel running old reruns.

A mix, but probably better places available for the price. Good if you like old world charm ( and old world bathroom fittings). Good things: Staff professional, helpful and very pleasant Breakfast was included and very good Bed was comfortable, sheets soft and good quality Location: around 20 min walk to Main Street action, relatively peaceful though Nice garden with pleasant view of this ( if your room is at the back and with a balcony)- at the front, street view and no balcony though, so choose carefully if this is important. Not so good: Room carpet stained ( may have been clean, and these may have been historic, but doesnt. fill with joy or confidence) Bathroom- just about OK- rather patchy and exhausted, tiles and grout stained and old, bath had been touched up badly with enamel paint etc etc

Dana is a superstar and she does the best she can within the limitations the place and resources pose to her. She went out her way to try to improve our situation. Breakfast was superb.

We had a wonderful experience at the Queen Anne Inn. The accommodations were clean and comfortable The breakfast was delicious and the service was warm and friendly Dana gave tour of the artwork on the wall of varies room We highly recommend!

Friendly welcoming staff, amazing breakfast, good location, owner very helpful and knowledgeable about local area and a relaxed homely feel. We would definitely come again.

Bed could’ve been more comfortable but the rest of the amenities and service outshined this.

Staff are top notch at this fine little inn. Everything about our stay was peaceful and perfect.
