We liked the location near the river and US Bank Stadium.

Having to go to the front desk to get our breakfast passes each morning to be told our rate did not include breakfast. The staff failed to update the notes which was supposed to include breakfast and had to argue with the property and show them my Booking.com confirmation.

The morning I was departing this beautiful hotel, I ordered breakfast to be delivered to my room. I ordered a three-egg Devner omelette, substituting bacon for ham. I also ordered a side of sausage. The cost for this was nearly $50. Expensive, yes, but I love breakfast and was short on time. When I received the food, it was a plain omelette with no vegetables or cheese, and there was a side of bacon. In addition, the sausage was cold and there was no salt and pepper included with the delivery. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I suggest not dining at the property.

I held a 1.5-day meeting for 6 people at this property. All of us were impressed with it. What's to Love - Easy to work with Sales (Nicole Crabb was our Sales Manager) - Reasonable room rental rate - Decent location: on the outskirts of downtown - Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful - The hotel was very well-staffed - The room was ready early and set up perfectly. The Director of Event Operations, Sinisa Djukic, left his card, and he was easy to text when we wanted to change the room temperature. - Nice meeting room with natural light - Excellent buffet (complimentary with certain Marriott status) was excellent, compared to similar U.S. properties - There are areas to lounge outside - Nice toiletries - Comfortable bed - Great wallpaper, decorative elements and accents. Not your typical boring hotel - Clean. The temperature could be controlled in the sleeping rooms. Dark at night. Windows opened Room for Improvement - Sleeping rooms are dark - AC units can be heard in sleeping rooms facing the depot
