No storage in the room, shower curtain wouldn’t close, no housekeeping after noon.

Clean and comfortable

Stayed in a King. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Had buffet breakfast which was good; lots of options and lovely dining area. Service was lack luster. Only downside of our experience. We would definitely return.

I’m concerned there is no black out curtains, I have trouble sleeping due to noise and high lighting in the rooms in the morning time.. The rooms are small and not meant for families. I was surprised I can hear through the walls other people in the hallways.

Customer service was excellent and my room was quiet and comfortable. (Make sure you request a room in a quiet location when making your reservation and at check-in.) The bed was a tad soft and the pillows are very soft, but it was not an issue for me. Everything was clean. My only complaint - which another reviewer pointed out recently - is that the shower head sprayed water widely and the shower curtain did not successfully contain the water. In my case it meant that the floor at the base of the tub out about 8-10 inches was flooded (probably a quarter inch of water) and if I hadn't put the bathmat down I would not have noticed and might have slipped when I stepped out. I mentioned his to the clerk at check-out. Also, probably a third or more of the holes in the shower head did not work so trying to get enough water in one area to rinse soap/shampoo was a challenge. It needs to be replaced. The building is within a block of the river and you can enjoy a lovely walk along the path. There is a delightful little coffee place literally 50 meters in from the front door. There is a Whole Foods four (short) blocks west and a large Trader Joe's about five blocks east. The food at their restaurant is a little pricey but delicious. The breakfast buffet offers many choices.
