My sheets smell like dirt the shower was very bad breakfast was not included and on top my tv wasn’t working they said they’ll fix it they never did

Las instalaciones están bonitas. No se podía entrar al estacionamiento porque un carro estaba mal estacionado, la otro día igual la calle de acceso muchos carros mal estacionados que bloquean el acceso al hotel. La entrada al estacionamiento está muy empinada, mi carro raspó al entrar y salir.

EL LUGAR ES GRADABLE, SIN EMBARGO EL SERVICIO DE AGUA CALIENTE ES DEFICIENTE PORQUE NO ES CONSTANTE EL FLUIDO DE AGUA CALIENTE. FALTA SOLO ESO PARA ESTAR A NIVEL ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE

Lo que no me gusto el primer dia no habia agua caliente se tardo alrededor de 45 minutos. Al dia siguiente no habia agua para bañarnos Por lo cual fue molesto y preocupante por que son cosas ensenciales
