The motel was closed due to hurricane Ida but never notified the booking agency if the damage and they were accepting reservations, we got there and the hotel was closed down !!!! Grrrrr!!!

Our stay at the Days Inn was horrible. Asked for non smoking room, but they were booked and that was all available. Lady at the desk said she would swap us the next day. Found a corner of a Condum wrapper in bedroom floor, a used mask near the bed, and used tampon in the bathroom. The pillows stunk on bed. The towels were never replaced the next night/day Had to go find the lady to replace them. The towels were torn i guess used for homemade savings,Not sure. The card didnt work the next day,lady unlocked door with hers said she would make new ones .Had to go locate her to make us new ones. She was never to be found at the desk. The pool showed in service on site and she claimed cleaning people didn't make it out to have it cleaned yet. This was the worst stay I ever received. Especially for 347$. I will never stay or recommend anyone staying here.

Checking in was great. The gal checking me in had a great sense of humor, attempted to show me one room but instead went the extra mile to change us to a non smoking room. She and another staff member quickly cleaned the room as the previous person had a late check out. They were so accommodating; yoy don't find that in many places anymore. Great place to stay!!

Super friendly service and knowledgeable about the area! Gave us good travel and restaurant suggestions! Clean hotel, comfy bed! Decor is a bit outdated in styles/colors, but is all kept up well! Definitely recommend this hotel!
