The entrance area was just a bit creepy seeing as it was locked up at the lobby area. That entrance area was difficult to navigate with big bags--no automatic door and an awkward space. The staff were all very nice but it just seemed a bit disorganized. The breakfast area was dirty and should have been more kept up. I took a photo of my bathmat--it was frayed and had legit holes in it!

Manager took it upon herself to cancel my reservation. When I went to check in she said someone called to cancel using name. She was rude and did absolutely nothing to correct what she did. Glad I didn’t stay at this place. It was dirty and stinky

On duty manager was super helpful and pleasant. Condition of the hotel left a whole lot to be desired. Just to walk to our car we had to walk through 3 smokers. The entire building needs to be renovated. This was the most expensive hotel on our trip and the least liked. Would never stay here again and now will never stay at a days Inn
