"Good hotel but poor communication and limited shuttle"

Easy access to CDG airport, room good size and clean, shuttle to airport good but service hours limited and don't rely on getting it on arrival.

Communications by phone and email poor. Shuttle service has limited hours and is difficult to arrange for arrival at CDG.

L’accès depuis l’aéroport et restaurant pas loin

Le bruit insuportable depuis le couloir toute la nuit, aucune isolation de la porte, on entends les gens parler à 3h du matin ! Idem pour les murs, aucune isolation, on entends tous les bruits des valises et téléphones dans les chambres à côté. C’est scandaleux un tel manque d’isolation basique

Eloigné des commerces des restaurants petite chambre alors qu'on avait droit à double confort (pas de micro-ondes) un réceptioniste pas trés accueillant et coffre-fort ne fonctionne pas
