Nom

Shuttle, ce nom n'est pas digne de ce nom. Avant arrivé, téléphoné pour l'heure arrivé Arrivé 18h05, pas shuttle. Téléphoné.. on m'ont dit 'raté' et la prochaine 18h30. Les yeux surveiller partout et peur de raterai... autres hôtels déjà revenus et repartis au moins 2 fois. On voit leurs chauffeurs descendent et cherchent leurs clients et attendent... Froid... très froid dehors... Téléphoné encore et encore... y a autres clients aussi téléphoné et téléphoné... Froid et très froid ce soir là.. 19h05, en fin, ouvrez grand les yeux, il arrive. Lui parle, il est passé à 18h30 exact mais y a personne (nous sommes 4p et 8 œils), on le laisse parler. Froid, fatigue, déçu...

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, très bien pour une nuit de passage. Les chauffeurs des navettes sont très serviables.

Le réceptionniste à mon arrivée était un intérimaire et m'a donné de mauvaises informations concernant la navette, générant du stress qui aurait pu être évité avec une formation plus poussée. Insonorisation intérieure quasi inexistante. La porte de la chambre ne bloque aucun son venant du couloir. Etat des navettes à revoir : plusieurs ceintures de sécurité sont cassées et sont donc inutilisables.

Airport-abholung hat etwas gedauert. Aber tranfser früh am Morgen war sehr gut . Der Airporttransfer war kostenlos, was ein großer Vorteil ist.

"Close to CDG and in a cool town!!"

It was in a cool French town!! Unfortunately everything was closed because it was a Sunday!! The staff let us use the breakfast room to warm up leftovers for dinner. The shuttle service was good!
