"Excellent Stay"

After a miserable stay at the 3 Palms on a previous trip to Tucson to attend to my aunt who had been hospitalized for weeks after sustaining life threatening injuries, the TownePlace Suites was a completely opposite and positive hotel experience. Our room was spotlessly clean. The front desk representative was very pleasant. She attempted to resolve a reservation issue we had when booking the hotel with Marriott but was not successful, however the issue was resolved to our satisfaction after we returned home. Marriott stands by their brand and reputation, and our experience with Marriott is that they will go out of their way to satisfy their guests. Highly recommend the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tucson.

"Nice hotel with exceptional staff"

Great room, nicely remodeled. Everyone is nice, helpful and makes your stay from just a room to a wonderful experience. I could not ask for more. This hotel is on the north side of town, so it is a good area, close to what you need but far away from things you do not.

"Typical Marriott"

Typical for Marriott town place line. The updated rooms are an improvement but the space is a bit awkward. The kitchen is narrow and not suited for more than one person at a time. The location is convenient to the Catalina mountains and nearby shopping. The bike loop is also convenient. Breakfast is typical and sufficient for a quick bite.

"Solid Tucson lodging choice"

Clean public areas and room. Friendly service and good local restaurant recommendations. Reasonable cost for the area.. Good location and easy parking. Thought breakfast choices could have been better. Also, the soap bars were the tiny.
