The moment we pulled up, all staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe. The stay was very nice.

Can't beat the convenient location. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean. We were lucky and got a room with a lovely view. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay at The Sheraton Grand again!

Great hotel located in downtown near lots of shopping and food. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay here again

Stayed here with a family of four for two nights. The location is convenient, but the rooms felt cramped. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming—limited options and not worth the price. Service was basic. Parking was frustrating; valet took 20–30 minutes to retrieve the car, and the area was always crowded. Based on what I heard from fellow travelers, the Hyatt Regency next door offers a better overall experience—more comfort, better value, and smoother service.

Stayed at Sheraton Grand Sacramento for a two day conference. Service was excellent! Comfortable room, dining options, close to the Capitol. Convenient for a pleasant short stay.

Nice hotel but a bit nervous walking around downtown especially at night. Crazy homeless man also came into hotel in afternoon ranting about something. Rooms great, service great, very helpful, and location to convention center was awesome.

Enjoyed the hotel didn’t like offsite parking across the street needs more menu options for room service Turkey breakfast options but a very cool old style hotel great service and great location for downtown events. I recommend

Hi everyone! I highly suggest you stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel next door - don't bother staying at the Sheraton hotel in downtown Sacramento if you want to save money and not pay for Sheraton's 3rd party parking company every time you want to drive out somewhere. They don't allow you to go in and out anytime for free like they do at The Hyatt Regency Hotel (which is also located within the hotel lot so you don't have to cross any streets to get to your car). So every time you leave Sheraton's parking lot (which is across the street) you will have to pay for the daily rate each time you leave (up to $30 or so). Kevin Torres, the manager of Emily, front office manager and Emily's assistant were not helpful in accommodating their hotel guest for this complaint & parking inconvenience. Kevin, I suggest you offer more hospitality accommodations to your hotel guest so that your Marriott member customer like myself doesn't have to write this review and also so you don't potentially lose new & existing hotel customers from this review. It's much cheaper to either comp your hotel guest $30 for the parking inconvenience or offer some other kind gesture as a nice courtesy. Unfortunately, your staff refused to find creative ways to make your customer feel like you value their business to choose your hotel. Now I hope more people will choose Hyatt Regency next door- their customer service is excellent.
