Red Lion Hotel Gillette

Great location

Room temperature was extremely hot and the thermostat was not adjustable. Not enough towels. Toiletries were out when we arrived and had to ask for more. No hot tub and sauna was out of order. Wallpaper coming off the walls.

Location was perfect for where we needed to go and the breakfast was delicious. The property was decent but definitely could use some renovations.

It took 3 times of going to different rooms to finally get one in the middle of the night (11:30 pm) the first was not cleaned yet, the second was occupied and we scared the lady in the room in the middle of the night The 3rd room (we ended up staying in) had stuff growing in the fridge The AC was broken for the whole hotel Breakfast was suppose to start at 6:00 and was not done until 6:30 and we had plans The front desk said we would be compensated for our awful experience and be refunded our money after you talked to them

We could have had a place to stay. 2 hours before arrival, we received a call saying that the facility had flooded and was closed. We had to scramble to find another location for the evening

The food was actually pretty good

The carpet in the halls was in very bad shape smelled of moisture, like a wet dog. Many oulets in the room but had to take the coffee pot to the bathroom and plug into the hair dryer outlet. There was only a single decaf coffee pod so I had to go get a couple at the front desk. The young lady was very nice.

Breakfast was great. Night audit man was amazing!

Breakfast was 30 minutes late and the food was still cold. Our room wasn't super clean. The AC was out.

Die Architektur war einst interessant geplant, aber seit Jahren ist dort wohl nichts investiert worden.

ALLES. Am schlimmsten wary das Zimmer. Im Bad stand noch die Leiter der Handwerker. Überall lag Dreck und die Deckenplatten waren nicht justiert sodass man alle dreckigen Rohre sah und den Lärm noch deutlicher hörte. Das Zimmer wirkte zudem so, also hätte noch jemand schnell die Betten bezogen, sonst jedoch nichts. Wir bekamen ein Ersatzzimmer welches zwar keine Baustelle war, jedoch der Boden und das Bad dreckig. Es lag tlw. noch Müll herum. Deckel, gebrauchte Rasierer. Wind nur geblieben, weil es bereits 1h Nachts war und wir nach 8 Stunden Fahrt todmüde waren. Das Frühstück wurde zudem um 8:45h abgeräumt, obwohl es bis 9h gehen sollte.

A/c would’ve been nice. I had window all the way open an was so hot I couldn’t sleep.
