Red Lion Hotel Gillette

The breakfast was pretty good, and there was lots of room to play cards with the family that lives in Gillette.

We didn't get the room that we reserved, and that room probably would have been better as it was not so far away from the elevator. We are both handicapped, and the room seemed SO far away. Also, I don't have any idea what I paid for this room. They never told me and didn't give me a receipt. Hopefully I paid less for a lesser room that was so far away!

Absolutely terrible and disgusting. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

The pool an hot tub closed without reason during the time it said it was open, hotel room wasn't very clean, bath tub didn't drain and toilet didn't flush. Wifi didn't work, very disappointed, never seen a red Lion room in such bad shape. 🤧

breakfast was suprisingly good.

the rooms were rough a towel bar was pulled out of the wall same with the shower curtain. tubs were rough. lamps in the room were beatup and not clean. the pool was not heated for kids to swim in

Has potential to be nice if it ever gets renovation

Run down, dirty, broken AC in room, verge of being a ghetto facility, booking system gave wrong room, several rooms completely out of service, half assed repairs and renovation, makes a motel 6 look like a Hilton.
