The price was affordable. The room was decent size.

The room I booked was not available. I was offered a room with less amenities at the same price with no other real offer to fix the situation. The general areas of the building were dirty and smelled. The pool, spa, and sauna were all closed for repairs. Very disappointing stay when on a relaxing getaway for a couple days.

Location was close to where we needed to be.

Dirty rooms, torn furnishings, old bathrooms, no air in room, hot or cold. No hot water. Front desk staff unwelcoming, breakfast staff seemed annoyed people were eating all the food. Litter around entire property. Indoor pool was freezing! Sauna not working, poor wifi connection in many areas.

The staff were very pleasant. They helped us get into the correct rooms with having dogs. With how bad the property was they are lucky to have such good staff. I'm sure they have to deal with a lot of complaints.

The property itself was very run down. It needs a make over really bad. I'm sure it was clean but it was hard to tell with it being so run down. We didn't use the shower because it was all rusty in the tub. The sink looked dirty but it was just so worn out. The swimming pool was very cold so couldn't stay in it longer than 5 minutes and there wasn't a hot tub. Very disappointed!! I would much rather pay more for decent facilities. Until it has a complete makeover we will be staying other places.

We tried calling to reserve a room that we were told had block pricing but we could never get ahold of. So i booked through Expedia. When we arrived, everyone ended up having the same issue and we were told we would be getting charged that rate, we will see if i am refunded. I will say for the price, you get what you pay for. The rooms were extremely hot, the bathrooms were put together with caulking and plaster, and the beds were squeeky. The pool's heater was broken so the pool was freezing!! There were kids climbing up the pilars next to the grand piano and screaming at all hours of the night. The management for the main area just wasnt there. The elevator was very jerkish and stunk like something was burning everytime it stopped. Ice machines didnt work on the 3rd floor. This place could be so beautiful if some money was put towards it for upgrades. I definitely wont be ever staying here again and wouldnt recommend it.

The room that I booked, I didn’t get it was supposed to have a balcony and mine didn’t the bathtub was sunken my wife and I could not use it because we’re both handicap. The entry lights to the first room didn’t work. They moved us to the bottom floor to it was supposed to be a handicap room, but it wasn’t. They brought in a chair. The AC did not work. I had to be let into my room several times because the card key they gave me didn’t work the pools outlet order and there was no breakfast on Friday. I checked out a day early because we just weren’t comfortable or safe in the room.

AC was broken and didn’t work room didn’t have window to outside to get fresh air, denied fan upon request. Room was over 90 degrees in the middle of the night.

I would not recommend this motel. One bed very squeaky with slightest movement. Coffee maker did not work, shower head did not work, door to bathroom did not close, hair dryer did not work, and the smell at night was terrible - smelled like old fryer oil. Not a very pleasant stay.

Pool was ice cold and the hotel needs a renovation. But overall not bad

Waited online for 45 mins just to get checked in. Gave me a very dirty room. Bathroom was not clean at all. Then I complained and asked for a new room. Was set to the side for over an hour just to give me keys. Gave me another dirty room and ac didn’t work. 85-90 degrees the whole time. Went to talk with them again, they couldn’t move me and promised me a discount that I never received. They gave me a box fan that didn’t do anything. Breakfast was gross and didn’t even stick to the menu.

The shower was dangerously moody from normal to super hot over and over the cleaning crew does bare minimum our shower curtain was very smelly on the plus side the lady I don’t get her name was very awesome,prompt, took care of out concerns as best she could as she was very busy also the hvac is lackluster this place could be so good with location but the property needs updating to match the staff, the front staff was top notch calm and cool with the turmoil she was reciving from others!
