Good location. Food in restaurant not hot enough, every meal and we was all inclusive

The room is not comparable with a UK 4* hotel - but that’s okay because the service, food, cleanliness, facilities and location are great! The room is pretty standard: bed, wardrobe, TV, safe and shower room oh and an empty fridge. It was clean although in need of a refurb, nothing broken - just well worn! Right on the beach with a beach side bar, the sun beds on the beach are 3euros each for Htop guests which was great and towels are provided at reception (deposit needed). There was a good selection of drinks and food and as we were All inclusive it was great! We never had to wait for long at the bar and although the buffet was always busy we always got seated straight away - the food available was good, theme nights changed it up during the week with local cuisine being our preferred dish at dinner times. There is plenty to do away from the hotel and day trips can be booed at reception, we chose to go it alone to Barcelona and took the short walk to the train stop for the 1hr journey. A return ticket to barca was 10euros, bargain! Overall it was a good stay in a clean hotel on the beach with good food, service and location!

The food wasn’t that good the mattress wasn’t comfy it moves a lot .. You have to pay to get a wi fi I will never recommend it to any one of my friends

Hotel in great location but the all inclusive food left a lot to be desired and I would t return for that reason

Hotel uses a strange card system for all inclusive drinks. One card =1 glass, will only serve half pints and no more than two drinks at a time, so we couldn't get drinks for elderly relatives without multiple trips to the bar. Only local drinks included in all inclusive. Hotel clean and tidy but starting to look a bit dated. Excellent location right on the beach and half price sunbeds for hotel guests.

Stayed at the hotel 10 years ago thought it would be good to go back again. Nothing had been done to update the hotel from the first stay very run down bedrooms and bathrooms are falling apart,choice of food was not good and either cold ore under cooked.

We got this hotel at the last minute while traveling to Italy. We arrived late just in time for dinner buffet. This hotel is aimed at all inclusive foreign tourist market and stopped serving dinner at 21:30 :( That said the food was ok and the staff were pleasant after they adjusted to us arriving to eat at 21:25. The hotel was quite dated and rather surreal, as was the surrounding area, we felt like we had timewarped to the seventies which was quite enjoyable. The room was not the cleanest room and again very dated but after a long journey from southern Spain we didn't really care to much. If you need a place to stay with a different experience and your not looking for a true 4star hotel then this is ok. If you a bit more picky find somewhere else or just accept it as it is :)

Booked for my Ederly parents they loved it they have been previously. Very good food friendly staff.

We stayed for 5 days Full Board and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we couldn't fault them at all. The food was of very good quality and varied a lot during our stay. Overall the hotel was very spacious, clean with a large bar, large reception, 3 pools and situated right on the beach. The only downer is that its situated quite a distance from Barcelona Airport, Cab ride is 120 Euros!! and so we opted for a bus there 12 Euros and a train back 17 Euros. Make sure that your flight home is after 10am as the bus and train service do not start to run till around 7-8am then you're at the mercy of the taxis. Otherwise, a pleasure to stay there

room not comfortable. Noise train passing by at night. Mattress and pillow were very unconfortable. No even bin in the room. food in restaurant was like canteen food. They call it catalonia food, but it was bad and I have tasted better ones outside. not recommended.!
