I stay at this hotel frequently and have recommended it to others, specifically for the safe and secure underground parking.

The buffet for diner could use some improvement as it is very much mass tourism.

I stay at this hotel frequently, and it always meets expectations. Particularly, I stay for the parking as it is secure against damage and vandalism, which is frequent in the car. The staff is always lovely.

Everything is always fine at this hotel. The one area that could be improved is to open the fine dining restaurant as it seemingly is always closed and the buffet diner is an interesting cross-section of holiday package tourism. It was nicer last year when one could order wine from a waiter, but moving to a wine dispenser included in the diner package takes away any semblance of class when seeing people fill up wine glasses from a dispenser to the brim.
