Fun water slide, hot tub. Breakfast was good

Elevator was a little sketchy- didnt work once

Emma Jane was wonderful. I called a couple of weeks in advance because we were traveling with an infant and requested an early check-in. She said she would do her best to accommodate us. When I called again on the morning of our arrival, the staff was already working hard to get our room ready. Emma Jane remembered my request and was able to accommodate it, even though the hotel had been fully booked the night before. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made a big difference in our stay. Thank you, Emma Jane!

The facility is focused on the family experience with a large pool area that had many water attractions for children. It also had a large game room. The staff were very accommodating, polite and professional. The room was clean, spacious and well stocked.

The dining area was small. There wasn't enough space to walk between tables without bumping into a chair or a person. The front parking lot filled up forcing guests to park in the rear of the building. It was poorly designed. There wasn't a sign indicating there was parking in the rear. Had to travel out of the front parking lot, drive around the building to find more parking in back. The back entrance is poorly lit, with no sign indicating it was an entrance.
