The manager is awesome. The whole staff is top notch.

Family stay with small kids. Booked for pool and unfortunately it was cold. The room was solid. It was clean and what you would expect or better. The bed in our room was very firm and squeaked on every turn. Staff was extremely helpful and location is not far from the downtown.

Room was clean And comfortable

Promised to be together with our group. Per the general manager and at check in someone changed it and we were separate floors. We wernt told at check in the policies for the slide and gm came and yelled at our group

The kids liked the big water slide. The coffee and breakfast was good.

The hotel overall has been updated, but our bathroom in our room looked a tad worn in some areas. There also wasn't a peep hole on our room door which I thought was odd.

The front desk staff was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The staff the following morning setting up and keeping breakfast items stocked was on top of it.

The contact less checkout was a nice option however I was unsure of what to do with the key cards once we checked out from our phone. It was unclear, so I put them in the box at the desk and hoped they'd get the message we checked out on time.

The pool for the kids and the breakfast were amazing!! Would go there again just for the kids

There was a water leak near the our room which was 2 doors away from the pool and we had to made multiple calls to front desk for them to get someone to at least put a caution sign. One of my little kids almost slipped and fell.

We had a nice weekend stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. It is a nice family hotel.
