The breakfast

The hot water didn't work in my room

Nice to have a breakfast available.

I forgot it was a motel with a door to the outside (vs. an inside hallway) which made outside noise more noticeable.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It had almost everything we needed. The staff were friendly.

The room was a little darker than we wanted. We had a little problem with the sink but they fixed it almost immediately.

This facility was in a great location for what we needed. I was able to have a ground level floor as I can not climb steps. The breakfast that was offered was nice quality food.

The facility was very run down and dirty, there was a very strong smoke smell in the room. The carpeted floors were so dirty there were actually sticky you could not walk barefoot. The sink was cracked, the microwave was yellow with age and dirty, there were phones in the rooms that had no dial tone and the cords would not connect to the receiver. My daughter had to bring our wagon into the room so that my grandson had a place to play. We requested double rooms and received single rooms.
