It was great

Staff was nice but the people renting the room were outside smoking drinking loud 5or6 people in a room,drugs bing delivered i had broken door lock room wasnt thurily clean i kept looking out the window to make sure my ork truck was okay.like i was in the hood,not for family or town visit,local hood stay.

When arrived man at front desk checked me in and by the time I parked and made it to my room, he was in there. He was pretending to freshen up the room to which he noticed the car v was not working. I he tv had no cords. He then said he would be back in 10 mins to fix it and never came back. After about and hour of waiting I went to the office because at this point I have noticed the sheets are dirty the tv don’t work, door won’t lock, cigarette burns in the sheet along with old water damage on mattress and sheets (rusty orange) don’t even get me started on the bullet holes in the wall. Once going to the office I was told there were no other rooms and that they would have maintenance down to fix it within 10 minutes. Still no one showed up. I called the desk several times with no answer. I was with a small child and felt very unsafe. No one ever showed up and I never got any rest. I went to the office the next morning and the same person was there and told me that the maintenance never showed up and he was very sorry and would issue a refund. Now I can’t get ahold of him and they won’t return my calls. Still no refund.

There wasn’t much about this property that I really liked. I had a issue with my room and when I explained to the employee the issue with my room, he seemed like he already knew the fire code violation and the other problems with the room.

You can tell the building and the room was old, but somewhat rennovated. Most important, It was clean. I liked having the hardwood floors instead of carpet. My husband said the bed hurt his back, but I thought it was very comfortable and I slept well. Our TV would not work, the gentleman we called at the front desk, was there and fixed it within 5 minutes. It served our purpose, as we just needed somewhere to sleep and have a shower, that was close to our 2 day conference.

Good location. Seemed clean.

I needed to work and could not the WiFi flickered on off constant it was so stressful I had to work from my phone. The attendant didn’t tell me any details about the pool the coffee the juice or where to find ice.

Upon checking in, front desk staff was very friendly. Check in was a breeze. Good location as there were several restaurants close by, some within walking distance. Hotel was just ok as far as cleanliness goes. Pool closed by 9pm.

When my wife and I crawled in bed, we both rolled downhill to the center of the bed!! We could not lay flat at all, rather slanting into the middle I spilled water on the rug around the bed, when I took a towel to pat it dry, the towel turned brown. Disgusting.
