They were rude and kicked us out after we made arrangements for another two days without an hour notice had to have all our stuff out of the police would be called. This was not right on any level

The room was dirty and not maintained The toilet seat broken had to wait for next dsy repair.The shower faucet leaked so much water.The floor bathroom linoleum was buckled. Something got spilled,I use a towel to get it up the rag was blaçk.I,went to Walmart purchased foggers,cleaned that room with bleacĥ,ammonia changed the linen.MAKING HOME AWAY FROM HOME. THE "HOSPITALITY" WAS AWESOME.BUT,NEVER AGAIN FOR RED ROOF.SOMEONE SHOULD PAID ME FOR THE CLEANING.I could go on but that's more than enough.

Was slightly dirty, first room we got didn’t even have ac so the first night with a one year old in 100 degree heat was terrible. Also advertised as offering cribs which is why we decided to go here and when we asked they were clueless and said they didn’t offer them so we had to buy one when we could’ve brought one from home if they didn’t advertise that! To say the least we ended up leaving early.

I had a slight leak in the bathroom but was delt with and as a gesture of good will i received a partial refund for the inconvenience which was much appreciated.this was my 5th time staying here and i will most def return. Front desk manager and staff were very helpful.
