Queen Anne Hotel

Good location about 10min easy walk from train & bus station. Walkable from the city centre. Room was clean & comfortable for a few nights. Breakfast basic & in my opinion overpriced for what you get. Reception staff could learn to smile, it goes a long way. Suited my purposes for a short stay in Brussels.

The property is clean and well located. Good deal of quality & monay.

Nothing extraordinary but good enough to spend a couple of nights in. Clean, decent breakfast and wifi, centrally located (near underground, shopping centre and Grand Place) and fairly priced.

Overall the Queen Anne hotel was a clean and comfortable hotel to staying in. I would recommend it overall but the fact that got drinks facilities weren’t availisblr in the room was disappointing and there was no ‘do not disturb’ notice sign to use so we were awoken when we didn’t want to be one morning.

Nice comfy bed, the key a little difficult to figure out at first, and everything was clean except the carpet several spots on it. The towels were clean but rough. Young ladies reception were very nice but if they offer to make you an espresso be aware you will be charged. Grossly overpriced for k cup coffee not a real espresso.

For a 3 star hotel it’s really outdated and the rooms are very tiny. The bathroom was really small too, a tall person wouldve been really uncomfortable. Really expensive for poor value. The area feels very unsafe, but it’s close to the city center. The staff was really friendly and helpful

The hotel was nice and had everything we needed. Quick 10 minute walk to the old town and shopping areas.

Clean, neat rooms but uncomfortable mattress and rather slow WiFi. No amenities in the room (i.e. safe, ice bucket/refrigerator, tea kettle). Decent location near town center and Brussels Nord train station.

This hotel needs a makeover. My room was very shabby, stained carpet, marks all over the walls, old furniture, stains on the lamp covers, paper thin towels, NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. If I were the owner of this business, I would be ashamed to put a guest in this room. The hotel has a lot of potential, but someone needs to put some money and effort into updating it. The only thing this hotel has going for it is friendly and helpful staff. Not worth what I paid at all.
