Queen Anne Hotel

Perfect for Christmas markets. 10 minute walk in a decent area into the markets. Starbucks and carrefour 5 minutes walk away. We had a small double room which was small but perfect for what we neede and good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some noise from other guests but that’s not the hotels fault. Perfect if you just want a base and would rather spend your money on experiences while there than and expensive hotel to lay your head.

Our flight from Dublin was canceled at the last moment, while we were at the airport. The Queen Anne hotel management refused to refund any fee that we have been paid. They didn't even want to take it into consideration. They refused it immediately. We were so disappointed, considering we couldn't have got any refund for what we have been paid and didn't use. Again, we were disappointed hence, they didn't even take into consideration to cover any booking expenses. We will never book Queens Anne hotel room again.

The rooms are small. The double room was more of a single.

The hotel was in a great location and staff were helpful and friendly. But the room had one socket for the whole room which wasn't even near the mirror and for two people this is not ideal. There was no main light just side lights so bedrroom was very dark, and the bathroom had no fan so after a shower it stayed steamy for hours which is asking for mould. Also wifi was quite weak from our room.

Excellent location, very friendly staff indeed, and a clean room. The pillows weren't very comfortable, and the lift a little odd: it worked but you had to wait for the door to click before you could enter or exit, or press the button.

Quite old! It’s not my expected

Many of the reviews are probably fake. The hotel had dirty carpets with smoke stains and the bed frame was dusty and we were afraid of getting bed bugs. Overall this place is very old. Don't expect much.

Loved the lift. Kept hoping that the door would open to Narnia!
